600 Neo Wifi not Showing

If your Magicard 600 Neo printer does not appear in the list of available printers, follow the steps below to install the printer driver and add the printer manually using its IP address.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have already configured the printer's Wi-Fi settings and obtained its IP address.

If you have not configured the Wi-Fi settings yet, follow the setup instructions provided in the original support article.

Part 1: Modify the Printer Driver Installation

Step 1: Run the Printer Driver Installer

Locate the downloaded printer driver file and double-click it to start the installation.

Step 2: Select Modify

When the installation wizard opens, select Modify, then click Next.



Step 3: Select the Printer Model

  1. Select Magicard 600 (V2).

  2. Enter the printer's IP address.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Click Install.

  5. Click Finish when the installation is complete.



Part 2: Add the Printer Manually

Step 4: Open Devices and Printers

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.

  2. Select Hardware and Sound.

  3. Click Devices and Printers.

Step 5: Start Adding a Printer

Click Add a printer.



Step 6: Select Manual Setup

When Windows searches for available printers, click The printer that I want isn't listed.




Step 7: Choose Manual Printer Setup

Select Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings, then click Next.




Step 8: Enter the Printer's IP Address

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter or select the printer's IP address, then click Next.




Step 9: Select the Printer Driver

From the manufacturer list, select Magicard Ltd.

Then select Magicard 600 Neo from the printer list and click Next.




Step 10: Use the Existing Driver

When prompted to choose a driver, select Use the driver that is currently installed, then click Next.




Step 11: Rename the Printer

Enter the following printer name:

Magicard 600NEO (Wi-Fi)

Click Next to continue.




Step 12: Configure Printer Sharing

Choose whether you want to share the printer with other computers on your network.

  • To share the printer, select the appropriate sharing option and follow the instructions.

  • To keep the printer unshared, select Do not share this printer.

Click Next, then click Finish to complete the setup.




Final Check

Return to Control Panel → Devices and Printers.

You should now see Magicard 600NEO (Wi-Fi) in the list of installed printers.


The printer has been added to Windows. If it does not print, verify the printer's IP address and network connection, then check the installed driver and printer port settings.
