No Wifi button on Network tab of 600 Neo

If you cannot see the Configure Wi-Fi button in the Network tab of your 600 Neo printer, it may be because you are connected through the Wi-Fi driver instead of the USB driver.

Follow the steps below to access the Wi-Fi configuration option.


How to Resolve the Issue

  1. Connect the printer via USB. Plug a USB cable into the printer and connect it to your computer.
  2. Open Printer Properties. Access the printer's properties on your computer.
  3. Select the USB driver. Go to the Network tab for the printer connected through the USB driver.
  4. Locate Configure Wi-Fi. The Configure Wi-Fi button should now be visible.
  5. Configure the Wi-Fi connection. Select Configure Wi-Fi to connect or reconnect the printer to your wireless network.

Important Note

To access the Configure Wi-Fi button, make sure you open the Network tab under the printer's USB driver, not the Wi-Fi driver.
