How to download data from Guard patrol device to Patrol management system
1. Plug the registered reader on the PC (Please see article: How to connect register WM-5000V4S and WM-5000V5 device at Patrol Management Systemfor registering of reader tutorial)
2. Click "Basic Operations"
3. Click Read Data
4. To View
the data go to history data (make sure to have a correct inquiry and click “ Inquire”)
Patrol Report- this will provide useful
information or the actual attendance of the guard patrol if he did his duty in
a timely manner and if he visited the all the area that he is assigned.
Statistics- This will show a graphical
representation of the guard’s arrived times versus omissions times .
