Anviz - How to auto export records from crosschex standards in .txt file format

You want to auto export records from the device to your PC? 
(Note:  the format of the exported record is .txt and it can't be changed)
(Note:  the crosschex standards must be always opened to use this feature)

1. Open the Cross chex standards. ( Default User:ADMIN Pass:   )






3. Go to Settings Basic parameter



4. At the basic parameters you can see the downloading record shown in the figure below



5. You can set the time of download of the records at the downloading time section (you can set up to 5 different time)



(as shown on the figure. The records will be downloaded at 08:00 12:00 13:00 17:00 21:00 Note: the time must be in military format)

6. Set the export path


7.Set the export field format depending on the length of the s USER ID, Status, and terminal no. You can also check and uncheck what you want to see on the downloaded record. Then click apply.


8. When the time is matched with the settime on the crosschex standards, therecords will be automatically downloaded in.txt file format and you can check it at the download file path

(As shown in the figure above, the format is : USER ID, DATE,  TIME, STATUS, TERMINAL NO. respectively)
