White margin around the edge of the printout

White margin around the edge of the printout


White edge on printout is normal for Direct to Card printers.
If you need a printer with no visible white edge.
You can use Retransfer printer as an alternative solution.





To minimize the white edge on printout.

1. Open Generation tool (run as admin)
2. Go to Setup Tab and look for Horizontal and Vertical image position adjust.
3. Add or deduct 100 to current data until issue is resolved.
