Unable to Launch CardExchange


First, go to your local C drive.

Open the "Users" folder.

Select your user folder.

Open the AppData folder inside your user folder.

Note: If you can't see the AppData folder, you need to enable "Hidden items" in File Explorer.

Inside the AppData folder, open the Local folder.

In the Local folder, delete the CardExchange_Solutions folder, then return to the AppData folder.

In the AppData folder, open the Roaming folder.

In the Roaming folder, delete the CardExchange_Solutions folder.

Open CardExchange.
In CardExchange Producer enable the status and in CardExchange Visitor Hidden the status then click OK.
