You cannot install the 32 bit version of Microsoft Access Database Engine because you currently have 64 bit Office?
To resolve
1. Run as admin
the executable from command prompt:
2. Type this syntax: C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop>AccessDatabaseEngine.exe /quiet
Make sure the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe is in the desktop
3. Press OK for the administrator rights
if asked for.
4. And start Cardexchange Software
