To resolve install
1. Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable using below link
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=13255You cannot install the 32 bit version of Microsoft Access Database Engine because you currently have 64 bit Office?
To resolve
1. Run as admin
the executable from command prompt:
2. Type this syntax: C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop>AccessDatabaseEngine.exe /quiet
Make sure the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe is in the desktop
3. Press OK for the administrator rights
if asked for.
4. And start Cardexchange Software
If still doesnt work. please use Access Database Engine 2016 x32. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54920
Then perform quiet installation using Command Prompt
