Competitive Card Solutions Phils. Inc. (CCS)
At CCS, we offer several payment options to make purchasing our products convenient and secure.
This guide explains our accepted payment methods, payment verification process, Cash on Delivery (COD) arrangements and credit-term requirements.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash – Accepted for payments made in person at the CCS office.
Bank Transfer – Our most commonly used payment method.
GCash – Available through our approved payment channels.
PayPal – Available through our website checkout and through Zoho Books payment links (see below).
Credit Card – Accepted through PayPal at our website checkout and through Zoho Books payment links (see below).
Regular Check Payment – Subject to bank clearing and payment verification.
Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) – Accepted under approved credit arrangements (see Section 4).
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for eligible orders and delivery arrangements.
Official payment instructions are provided in your CCS quotation or accompanying email.
There are two ways to pay by PayPal or credit card:
Website checkout – You can purchase eligible products through https://ccs.com.ph/ and pay with PayPal during checkout. CCS does not add a separate payment-processing charge for website checkout purchases.
Zoho Books payment link (Sales-assisted purchases) – CCS can generate a payment link through Zoho Books, which you can use to pay by credit card or PayPal. Please request a payment link through your CCS Sales representative.
CCS Sales will confirm the final payable amount and applicable payment terms before payment. CCS Accounting/Finance verifies payments before regular prepaid orders are processed.
Important: Always use the payment details provided through official CCS communication channels.
For regular prepaid orders, full payment must be received and verified before order processing.
Once CCS Accounting/Finance confirms receipt of payment, your order can proceed to preparation, delivery or shipment.
Exceptions include approved credit arrangements, eligible COD orders and special orders with authorized down payment terms.
Yes. CCS accepts check payments.
For regular check payments, the check must be fully cleared and the funds verified by CCS Accounting/Finance before products are released or shipped.
Submitting a check does not automatically mean that payment has been completed.
Yes. CCS accepts post-dated checks as part of approved credit arrangements.
PDCs are an initial requirement for customers applying for credit terms.
Please note:
PDC submission does not automatically guarantee credit approval.
Credit applications are subject to CCS's evaluation process.
Credit terms must be approved before they can be used.
Yes. CCS may offer 15-day or 30-day credit terms to selected, pre-qualified regular customers.
Credit terms are subject to strict evaluation and approval.
Eligibility depends on the customer's credit assessment and approved commercial arrangements.
Credit terms are currently available only to qualified customers within Metro Manila.
Customers outside Metro Manila are not eligible for CCS's regular 15-day or 30-day credit arrangements.
Customers interested in credit terms may contact their assigned CCS Sales representative.
Our team will explain the application requirements, including PDC arrangements and other documents that may be required for evaluation.
All credit applications require approval.
Yes. COD is available for selected delivery arrangements.
COD may be arranged for eligible orders delivered directly by CCS's logistics team, including locations in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao.
CCS also accommodates COD through LBC Express, subject to the courier's service availability and the applicable order arrangements.
COD eligibility must be confirmed before shipment or delivery.
For other shipping arrangements, advance payment may be required.
Note: COD is different from credit terms. Customers outside Metro Manila may qualify for an approved COD arrangement even though regular credit terms are not available to them.
A 50% down payment is required for customized products such as printed ID cards and customized lanyards before production begins.
A 50% down payment may also be required for:
Products procured on an order basis
Unusually large-quantity orders
Other products requiring a special procurement commitment
For commonly sold products, CCS may accept certain special-order arrangements without requiring an initial down payment.
The applicable payment arrangement will be confirmed in the quotation or by our Sales team.
For approved COD arrangements using CCS's own delivery team, the remaining balance may be collected upon delivery.
For courier shipments, the remaining balance is normally required before shipment, unless an approved COD arrangement such as LBC COD applies.
Our Accounting/Finance Department is responsible for confirming receipt of payment.
Customers may provide proof of payment when requested to help facilitate verification.
However, proof of payment alone does not constitute final confirmation that funds have been received.
For regular check payments, CCS must confirm that the check has cleared.
Order processing and release follow the applicable verified payment or approved credit arrangement.
Customers may request special commercial or payment arrangements through their CCS Sales representative.
However, exceptions to standard payment and credit policies require management approval.
CCS cannot guarantee approval of a requested arrangement.
Q: What is the preferred payment method?
Bank transfer is the most commonly used payment method at CCS. We also accept cash (in person at the CCS office), GCash, PayPal, credit cards, checks and eligible COD arrangements.
Q: Can I pay by PayPal or credit card?
Yes. You can pay with PayPal at our website checkout, or ask your CCS Sales representative for a Zoho Books payment link payable by credit card or PayPal. CCS Sales will confirm the final payable amount and applicable payment terms before payment.
Q: Can I send a screenshot of my payment as proof?
Yes. Proof of payment may assist verification, but CCS Accounting/Finance must still confirm receipt of funds before regular prepaid order processing.
Q: Can you release my order immediately after I deposit a check?
For regular check payments, products can be released only after the check has cleared and payment has been verified, unless a separate authorized arrangement applies.
Q: Can I apply for 30-day terms if I provide post-dated checks?
You may apply, but submitting PDCs does not automatically qualify you. Credit terms require evaluation and approval.
Q: Our company is located in Cebu. Can we apply for 30-day terms?
CCS currently offers regular credit terms only to qualified customers within Metro Manila. Customers in Cebu may inquire about other approved payment arrangements, including eligible COD options.
Q: Can I pay upon delivery?
COD is available for eligible deliveries using CCS's own logistics team or approved LBC COD arrangements. Availability must be confirmed before processing.
Q: Do you accept payment through GCash?
Yes. Please refer to the verified payment instructions in your CCS quotation or accompanying email.
Q: Can I pay the remaining balance after receiving customized products?
For approved CCS in-house COD deliveries, the remaining balance may be paid upon delivery. For courier shipments, payment is normally required before shipment unless an approved COD service applies.
Q: Can I request an exception to the payment policy?
You may submit a request through CCS Sales. Exceptions are subject to management approval.
If you have questions about payment instructions, payment verification, credit applications or COD arrangements, please contact CCS through our official communication channels.
