To fix this,

1. Remove Retransfer cartridge

2. Look for a screw on the upper right corner of Retransfer cartridge slot.

Please see below image for reference.

3. Rotate the screw counter clockwise 5 times and print a testprint to check the alignment.

If still misaligned, rotate another 1 counter clockwise print a testprint, do this unltil card printout is aligned.
