How to Set Up “Edge-to-Edge” Printing in CardExchange

Follow the steps below to configure edge-to-edge printing for the Magicard Ultima in CardExchange.

1. Example Printout

Below is an example of the expected printout.


2. Open CardExchange Card Designer

Open CardExchange and go to Card Designer.


3. Open Printer Setup

Click the option indicated in the screenshot to open the Printer Setup.


4. Configure the Printer Settings

Change the following settings:

  1. Template
  2. Card Size
  3. Printer: Magicard Ultima (V2)
  4. Card Size: CR80 Card
  5. Click OK.

5. Save the Design

After completing the printer setup, click Save to apply the changes.



Your CardExchange ID design is now configured for edge-to-edge printing with the Magicard Ultima.

You can now print your ID design.
