Magicard Tipid Settings - CardExchange version

This guide explains how to configure the Tipid settings in CardExchange Producer for dual-sided Magicard printers only.

Step 1: Open Printer Properties

  1. Open CardExchange Producer.
  2. Go to the Print tab.
  3. Select Printer Properties.


Step 2: Configure the Card Front

  1. Open the Card Front tab.
  2. Select Color / composite black (YMC).
  3. Check the Print overcoat checkbox.


Step 3: Configure the Card Back

  1. Open the Card Back tab.
  2. Select Monochrome (K Only).
  3. Make sure the Print overcoat checkbox is unchecked.

Step 4: Save and Test

  1. Confirm that the front and back settings are configured as described above.
  2. Apply or save the settings if prompted.
  3. Print a test card to verify the configuration.

Important Note

These settings apply to dual-sided Magicard printers only.
