If your Magicard printer cannot print, follow the steps below to remove the printer from Windows and reconnect it.

Step 1: Open Devices and Printers

1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Navigate to Devices and Printers.

Step 2: Disconnect the Printer

1. Unplug the printer's USB cable from your computer.

Step 3: Remove the Printer

1. In Devices and Printers, locate your Magicard printer.
2. Right-click the printer and select Remove device.
3. Repeat this process until all Magicard printer entries have been removed.

Step 4: Reconnect the Printer

1. Plug the printer's USB cable back into your computer.
2. Wait for the printer icon to appear in Devices and Printers.

Step 5: Test Printing

1. Open your ID card in CardExchange or your usual printing application.
2. Send the card to print and check whether the printer works correctly.
