ID Card Printer Can't Match Pantone Colors?

Thermal Printing like the ID Printer uses heat to apply on the Ribbon and to print image on the PVC Card Surface, Therefore it can not match pantone Colors, it can only be used to print color representation, example Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, but can not match exact color or the PMS color which is being printed by Ink.

When PMS color is a must for your ID cards, we suggest to pre-print the background using offset technology that are more possible to match PMS Colors, we will deliver your cards pre-printed, and you will be printing only the Photos and Personal information.

Alternatively we can help you adjust your ID Designs and Colors to have a closer print out to your color preference.
