Anviz - How to put new admin on CrossChexcloud

You want a user to be an admin with restriction?

1. Go to organization>Employee 

2. Select the User you want to be a new admin then click edit.


3. On the employee information, add a valid email and click save.















4. After saving, Go to Settings>role 

5. Click add and select role name and click confirm

6. Select the role that you created then click settings then select the allowed access for the said role then click confirm

7.  Go to Settings>Superviser 

8. Click add then select the user you want to have access then select the role name and click confirm 


9. After that, logout then go to the email of the user you put access to. There should be an email 

10. Click Join now

11. This will direct you to crosschex cloud, Enter new password then click join 


12. Click jump join, this should direct you to the log in area


13. You can now enter the email and password of the user you've given the access to.
