SigPlus is software used with compatible Topaz signature pads. Follow the steps below to download and install SigPlus on your computer.

Step 1: Visit the Topaz Systems Website

Open your web browser and go to the official Topaz Systems website:

https://www.topazsystems.com

Step 2: Find the SigPlus Installer

Look for the SigPlus Installer on the website.

Step 3: Select Your Signature Pad Model

Find and select the model number of your Topaz signature pad. Make sure you choose the correct model to ensure compatibility.

Step 4: Download the Installer

Right-click the Download SigPlus icon and select the appropriate download option.

Note: Follow the website's instructions if the download process differs from this step.

Step 5: Open the Downloaded File

Once the download is complete, open your computer's Downloads folder.

Locate and double-click sigplus.exe to launch the installer.

Step 6: Accept the License Agreement

Follow the installation wizard:

1. Click Next.

2. Read the license agreement and select I accept the terms in the License Agreement.

3. Click Next to continue.

Step 7: Select Your Signature Pad Model

When prompted, select the model of your Topaz signature pad.

Verify that the selected model matches your device before proceeding.

Step 8: Install SigPlus

Click Install and wait for the installation process to finish.

Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Completion

SigPlus installation is now complete. Connect your Topaz signature pad, if it is not already connected, and test whether it works with your intended application.

If the signature pad does not work, verify that you selected the correct model and installed the appropriate SigPlus version.
