How to get printer query Windows 11

Follow the steps below to retrieve and save a printer query from your Magicard printer in Windows 11.

Step 1: Open Control Panel

  1. Open the Start menu.

  2. Search for Control Panel and open it.

Step 2: Open Printer Settings

  1. Select Devices and Printers, if available.

  2. If you are using the Windows 11 Settings interface, open Bluetooth & devices, then select Printers & scanners.

 

Step 3: Select Your Magicard Printer

  1. Locate and select your Magicard printer.

  2. Open Printer properties.



Step 4: Open the Tools Tab

  1. In the Printer Properties window, select the Tools tab.

Step 5: Run the Printer Query

  1. Click the Query button.

  2. Wait for the printer query to complete.


Step 6: Save the Query Results

  1. Click Save.

  2. Save the query results to your preferred location.

The printer query results are now saved and ready to be shared with the support team if needed.
