CX-D80 Maintenance Tool – How to Collect Output Logs

Follow the steps below to collect the printer output logs using the CX-D80 Maintenance Tool.

Step 1: Run the Maintenance Tool

Run the latest CX-D80 Maintenance Tool as an administrator.

Maintenance Tool Version: CX-D80_MT(18_12_26_0)

Step 2: Select the Printer

Select Printer Select.

Step 3: Select Exit

Click Exit.

Step 4: Select Logs

Click Logs.

Step 5: Select Output Logs

Select Output Logs, then click OK.

Step 6: Copy and Save the Logs

Drag to select all the log text.

Then:

1. Copy all the selected text.
2. Open Notepad.
3. Paste the copied log text into Notepad.
4. Save the file.
