How to create guard patrol plan for patrol management system
· Plan Setup - This is where you put the time schedule of the Tags to be read by specific guard patrol
1. Go to Patrol setup>Plan setup
2. Click “Add plan” make a plan name, select checkpoints,
3. In Check point tab, Choose check point or Click “Add all” to select the checkpoint for this Plan
4. Click Patrol Schedule>Batch Schedule
5. Set the Begin Time and End Time
6. In “Time for One Patrol Round” Set the minutes of every Patrol Round
(Note: if the time will jump to the following day let say 11:00 pm to 2:00 am click Next Day)
7. Click “Confirm”
8. After the plan is setup make sure to assign a reader by clicking “Assign Reader”
9. Click “Assign Reader”
10. Click on the Reader Code and Confirm.
