How to create guard patrol plan for patrol management system

The Plan Setup feature allows you to create a patrol schedule by selecting checkpoints and setting the patrol time. After creating the plan, you must assign a reader to it.

Step 1: Open Plan Setup

  1. Open the Patrol Management System.

  2. Navigate to Patrol Setup > Plan Setup.

Step 2: Create a New Patrol Plan

  1. Click Add Plan.

  2. Enter a name for the patrol plan.

  3. Open the Check Point tab.

  4. Select the checkpoints you want to include in the plan.

    • To select all available checkpoints, click Add All.



Step 3: Set the Patrol Schedule

  1. Click Patrol Schedule > Batch Schedule.

  2. Set the Begin Time and End Time for the patrol schedule.

  3. In Time for One Patrol Round, enter the number of minutes allocated for each patrol round.

  4. If the patrol schedule continues past midnight into the following day (for example, from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM), select Next Day.

  5. Click Confirm to save the schedule.



Step 4: Assign a Reader to the Patrol Plan

After setting up the patrol plan, assign a reader to it.

  1. Click Assign Reader.

  2. Click the appropriate Reader Code.

  3. Click Confirm to complete the assignment.

Step 5: Verify the Setup

Check that the patrol plan has the correct checkpoints, schedule, and assigned reader.

Your guard patrol plan is now set up.
