How to Check the Magicard Printer Connection on a Computer

For MAGICARD printers only

Follow these steps to check whether the Magicard printer is properly connected and recognized by the computer.

Step 1: Open Control Panel

1. Open Windows Search.
2. Type Control Panel.
3. Open Control Panel.

Step 2: Open Devices and Printers

1. In Control Panel, select View devices and printers.
2. Find your Magicard printer in the list of available printers.

Step 3: Open Printing Preferences

1. Right-click the Magicard printer.
2. Select Printing preferences.

Step 4: Check the Printer Status

1. In the printer settings, select Printer Status.
2. Check the displayed printer status to confirm whether the printer is properly connected and ready.

Note: If the printer status does not indicate that the printer is ready or available, check the printer's USB connection and make sure the printer is powered on.
