Anviz - Guide on creating shifting schedules on Crosschex standards



1. From Crosschex standards, Go to Settings>Shift Management or Shift setting



2. From shift setting Go to Time table setting. This is where you can edit the range of time for the shift schedule


Time table name - Name of your time table
On duty time - time of your expected IN
Off Duty time- time of your expected OUT
Begin clock in time and End clock in time - Range of time where the user will be able to punch an IN "Note: An IN punched outside of this range will not be generated on the attendance report"
Begin clock out time and End clock out time - Range of time where the user will be able to punch an OUT "Note: An OUT punched outside of this range will not be generated on the attendance report"
Late Error - If IN under the range of the error will not be considered as late
Early Error - If OUT under the range of the error will not be considered as an early out
Count as workday - How many days will it count on this schedule
Count as worktime - How many minutes will count on this schedule
Must C in - If checked, the status of the punched record must be IN. if not checked,  the punched record will be generated on the attendance report regardless of the Status.
Must C out - If checked, the status of the punched record must be OUT. if not checked,  the punched record will be generated on the attendance report regardless of the Status.
Free Time - If checked, the attendance report will calculate the free time
OT time - If checked, the attendance report will calculate the Overtime


3. After configuring, Click add to save the time table.


4. Go to shift settings to schedule your Timetable


5. Enter Shift name, How many cycles and cycle device depending on your preference


6. Click Add time table



7. Choose a time table and Check the day you want to schedule the timetable and Click Okay


                                   Note: you can add more time table on your schedule if you want multiple in and outs


8. Click add then go to user scheduling to schedule your employees or user



9. Select a User or Employee "shift and click to multiple select or ctrl A to select all" then click arrange


10. From not Scheduled, Select Normal Scheduling then select a shift name, select a beginning and ending of the Shift then click Add


11. Click save
