Carefully unbox your card printer and check that all necessary components and accessories are included.
Place the card printer in a clean, stable, and convenient location.
Make sure the area is:
Easily accessible
Near your computer or laptop
Free from excessive dust, moisture, and direct sunlight
Spacious enough for proper operation and maintenance
Before installing the printer software, make sure your computer meets the following minimum requirements:
Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 or equivalent and above
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10
Memory: 8 GB RAM or more
Download and install the appropriate driver for your Magicard printer.

Please download and install AnyDesk, a remote desktop application. This will allow our Technical Engineer to provide remote assistance when necessary.
Once you have completed the steps above, please wait for the call from our Technical Engineer for your scheduled training.
