Faded image output - Magicard ID Printer

1.Power supply  - Check the power supply wattage and voltage output, if it's match to the required power of printer.

2.Printhead power - try to increase the printhead power, Go to image then printhead power options, and try to increase the color power to 50 to 85.
 Note: be careful on adjusting the power it can tear off the ribbon.

3.Cards - Please check if the cards that you are using is compatible with the ID Card Printers.
