Card Exchange software can not be opened - Delete Local and Roaming folder.
Possible solution if card exchange can not be opened.
Step 1. Go
to File Explorer.
Step 2. Select This PC and Driver C.
Step 3. Go to Users folder
Step 4. Select the Admin Account of your PC.
Step 5. Select Views, Show and Hidden Apps.
Step 6. Select App Data folder.
Step 7. Select Local and Roaming folder and delete Card Exchange Folder.
Step 7. After deleting Card Exchange Folder File in Local and Roaming. Try to open the Application Card Exchange Software.
