Correct Printer Power Supply - 60w

Your Magicard printer must only be used with the correct Power Supply Unit (PSU) provided with the printer. Using an incorrect power supply may cause printing issues, generate error messages, or permanently damage the printer.

Risks of Using the Wrong Power Supply

Using an incorrect PSU may result in the following problems:

  • Poor print quality: Printed cards may appear faint or too light.

  • Printer errors: The printer may display error messages, such as “16:00 – Can't lift print head.”

  • Hardware damage: The printer’s Controller PCB may be permanently damaged.

  • Warranty issues: Using an incorrect PSU may invalidate the printer’s warranty.

Identifying the Correct 60W Power Supply

The 60W PSU is required for all Enduro models and 1st-generation Pronto printers according to this guide.
