Check CardExchange license reactivation count

This is only applicable for licenses that has been activated already. first activation will not show activation count.

1. Go to https://cardexchangeid.com/support/tools/product-activation
   
2. Fill up the Serial number and Activation code then click Look up
   
3. Fill up Machine ID then click Activate.
   

A notice will pop up and will indicate the number of reactivations left for the specified Serial number.
