CardExchange - How to export and import template

CardExchange – How to Export and Import Templates

This guide explains how to export a CardExchange template and import it into another CardExchange setup.

Export Procedure

Step 1: Select the Template

Select the template that you want to export.




Step 2: Export the Template

After selecting the template, go to Configuration and click Export Templates.




Step 3: Name and Save the Template

Enter a name for the template and save it to a folder on your computer.

💡 Note:
CardExchange templates are exported with the .ctp file extension.







Import Template

Step 1: Open Import Templates

Go to Configuration and select Import Templates.

⚠️ Important:
Make sure you also copy the pictures, signatures, and database associated with the template you want to import.


Step 2: Select the Template File

Select the .ctp file that you want to import into CardExchange.



Step 3: Check the Imported Template

Once the import is complete, the template will appear in CardExchange.

⚠️ Important:
You need to reconnect and set up the pictures, signatures, and database for the imported template.
