CardExchange - How to connect photo webcam

If you are experiencing issues with the photo webcam in CardExchange, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open Configuration

Open CardExchange and go to Configuration.

Step 2: Open Card Designer

In the Configuration menu, click Card Designer.

Step 3: Open the Insert Tab

In Card Designer, select the Insert tab.



Step 4: Add an Image Object

Click Image Object.



Step 5: Position the Image Object

Drag the Image Object onto your blank card template and position it where you want the photo to appear.



Step 6: Change the Image Type

Select the Fixed Image option or column. Change it from Fixed Image to Photo (Movable Object).

Step 7: Select the Photo Source

Select the appropriate photo/webcam option to use the connected webcam for capturing the cardholder's photo.




Important

Make sure the photo object is positioned correctly on the card template before taking a photo. This ensures that the captured image appears in the correct location on the card.
