Follow the steps below to properly align the HoloPatch with the gold patch and colour hole.

Step 1 — Open Security Options

Go to:

Printing Preferences → Card Front → Security Options…

Step 2 — Centre the Tile

Use the X / Y adjustment to centre the tile in the middle of the Gold Patch.

Adjust the X and Y values as needed until the tile is properly centered.

Step 3 — Select the Area

Click the Selected Area… button.

This will allow you to adjust the colour hole around the HoloPatch.

Step 4 — Centre the Colour Hole

Use the X / Y adjustment to centre the colour hole around the HoloPatch.

Make small adjustments until the colour hole is properly aligned with the HoloPatch.

Step 5 — Adjust the Width and Height

Use the Width / Height adjustment to reduce the size of the colour hole.

Adjust it until the colour hole perfectly surrounds the Gold Patch.

Recommended Sequence

To achieve the best alignment, follow this order:

1. Centre the tile → 2. Select the area → 3. Centre the colour hole → 4. Adjust the width and height

Step 6 — Save the Adjustment as the Default

If the same adjustment will always be required, apply the same settings under:

Printer Properties → Advanced → Printing Defaults

This will make the adjustment the default setting for future printing.
