Printing Preferences -> Card Front -> Security options…



The sequence to follow should be;



  1. Centre the tile in the centre of the Gold patch using the X / Y adjust (if required);

  2. Next, click the Selected area… button;

  3. Centre the colour hole around the HoloPatch using the X / Y adjustment


  4. Lastly, reduce the width/height of the colour hole so that it perfectly surrounds the Gold patch using the Width / Height adjustment;
  5. If this adjustment will always be required, they should also make the same adjustment in;

    Printer Properties -> Advanced -> Printing Defaults;
