This guide explains how to adjust the reading sensitivity of the AT310 UHF Reader using its configuration software.

Step 1: Connect the UHF Reader

Connect the AT310 UHF Reader to your computer using either of the following connection methods:

• LAN cable

• Serial cable

Step 2: Select the Connection Method

If you are connecting through a LAN cable, select Internet in the configuration software.

Step 3: Query the Reader

Click the Query button to retrieve the reader's current settings.

Step 4: Adjust the Reading Sensitivity

1. Locate the ANT1 setting.

2. Change its value to the desired reading power level.

3. Click Set to apply the new value.

Note: The maximum value is 30 dBm. Adjust the value according to your reading requirements.

Step 5: Restart the Reader

Click Restart to restart the reader and apply the changes.

The reading sensitivity adjustment is complete. Test the reader to confirm that it reads tags as expected.
