Add Print Date

Step 1: Create a New Column

Create a new column in your Excel database.

• Suggested name: IssuanceDate
  

Step 2: Configure Column Settings

1. Open the data column settings.
2. Uncheck the “Editable” option.
   

Step 3: Add a Storage Item

1. Go to the Storage Items section.
2. Click “Add.”
3. Enter the required information as described below:

Storage Item Properties

• Item Name
  
  Enter a name for the storage item (e.g., Photo, Print Date).
• Table Name
  
  Select the table in the database where the data will be stored.
• Primary Key
  
  Choose the primary key from the selected table.
• Column Name
  
  Select the appropriate column from the chosen table.
  

4. Enable “Store data after printing a card.”
5. Click Finish to save the configuration.

Step 4: Configure in Card Designer

1. Go to Data.

2. Click “Storage Items” and select “IssuanceDate.”

Step 5: Set Properties

1. Change the “Fixed Value” to “Print date.”

2. Under Format Option, set it to “Date/Time” and enter “F” as the format.

3. Save and close the Card Designer.

Result

Once configured, the system will automatically update the date each time a print action is performed.
